About Liftwell
The name Liftwell is inspired by the transformative shift in sailing that occurred when an understanding of aerodynamics led to the development of airfoil sails. By generating lift, these sails allow ships to achieve the remarkable feat of traveling faster than the wind itself. In much the same way, Liftwell teaches the "aerodynamics" of organizational progress, empowering leaders to move beyond traditional constraints and develop the strategic momentum necessary to propel their organizations forward.
Sam Stapp established Liftwell in 2021, driven by a deep strategic background—honed initially at The Boston Consulting Group—and an enthusiasm for creative problem-solving.
His professional journey spans multiple industries, most continents, and markets including Detroit, Michigan; Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; and Salt Lake City, UT. Now based in Charleston, SC, Sam finds inspiration in activities like sailing, hiking, and mental health advocacy. These personal pursuits form the bedrock of Liftwell, a consultancy committed to helping organizations achieve enduring momentum.
