About Liftwell
The name Liftwell is inspired by the transformative shift in sailing that occurred when an understanding of aerodynamics led to the development of airfoil sails. By generating lift, these sails allowed ships to achieve the remarkable feat of traveling faster than the wind itself. In much the same way, Liftwell teaches the "aerodynamics" of organizational progress, empowering leaders to move beyond traditional constraints and develop the strategic momentum necessary to propel their organizations forward.
Sam Stapp founded Liftwell in 2021, blending his deep strategic roots beginning at The Boston Consulting Group with a genuine passion for the creative side of problem-solving. His journey has taken him across most continents and within many industries. Today, Sam draws inspiration from the world around him—whether he’s out sailing, hiking, or pursuing mental health advocacy. These experiences serve as the foundation for Liftwell, a consultancy dedicated to helping organizations find momentum that feels both effortless and unstoppable.
